Residents will begin seeing changes at the Amazon Warehouse site now that the above-ground work is beginning. With the on-site improvements, Amazon is shifting to around the clock (24/7) work on the project. The City has contracted for inspection services that are set up on site to monitor and inspect construction progress during all activity.
Permits were issued for the first phase of the backbone infrastructure improvement and on-site foundation improvements this fall, and the site plan approval was issued in September.
