2024 Income and Rent Limits

For the Following City Programs:

  • Inclusionary Housing Program
  • Housing Successor Agency (HSA) Program 
  • Supplemental Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund (SERAF) Program
  • Salinas Redevelopment Agency (SRA) Program
  • HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Program
  • Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program
  • Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Program
  • Density Bonus Program

Additional Information Included:

  • 2024 Utility Allowances published by the Housing Authority of the County of Monterey

Effective Dates:

  • The 2024 income and rent limits for the State programs: Inclusionary Housing, PLHA, and SRA Programs went into effect May 9, 2024, according to the Department of Housing and Community Development ("HCD"). 
  • The 2024 income and rent limits for the Federal programs: HOME and CDBG Programs went into effect on April 1, 2024, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ('HUD").
  • Utility Allowances for the Housing Authority of the County of Monterey went into effect beginning January 1, 2023, thru December 31, 2024.
