This new rapid rehousing program that is designed to provide temporary rental assistance and supportive services to individuals and families who are experiencing literal homelessness in compliance with the California Department of Housing and Community Development's. The program will be operated by The City of Salinas and will be known as the Housing Navigation Program.
Community Homeless Solutions Chinatown Navigation Program
Chinatown Navigation Center provides shelter 7 days a week 24 hours a day, to single homeless women and men. Clients are provided warm meals, sleeping area, shower facility and laundry access. The CNC also provide Rapid Rehousing Services, Rental assistance and Case Management to clients to transition from shelter to permanent housing.
