Deep and meaningful Community Engagement is a key value of our Strategic Plan on Violence Reduction. In partnership with CASP partners the Community Safety Division coordinates and facilitates three Community Leadership Academies annually, conducts community listening sessions, reports out progress on key violence indicators to the community aimed at supporting the growth of community based leadership who are empowered to be the agents of change they want to see in their communities.
