Councilmember, District 2
Councilmember Barrera was first elected to the City of Salinas City Council on November 7, 2006. During his time on City Council, he has become a board member for Salinas Valley Recycle, Monterey-Salinas Transit, and Partners for Peace. Outside of his duties as a city councilman, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
