City Staff would like to thank residents of Villa Street for attending the neighborhood meeting on August 22, 2019 on neighborhood traffic calming.

The City of Salinas Transportation Division has been preparing a community traffic calming plan in response to a petition from residents of Kittery Street and Snug Harbor Street.

In June 2019, residents of Cherokee Drive (between W. Alvin Drive to N. Main Street) were asked to vote on the implementation of a Neighborhood Traffic Calming Plan.

The City of Salinas Transportation Division is organizing a community meeting to discuss traffic calming measures in response to the traffic calming petitioned from residents on Villa Street.
