We think there's no better way to celebrate Earth Day than by doing our part to beautify our natural surroundings, including our local parks.  This motivation brought 56 volunteers together for a 3-day clean-up event April 22 - 24.  City staff and volunteers removed hundreds of pounds of litter and weeds, dedicating 9 hours over three days to clean up Natividad Creek and Cesar Chavez Park.  By giving some "TLC" to our local parks, these volunteers set a great example of how we can take care of our shared community spaces.  This kind of team work truly makes the dream work!
